Windybush Civic Association Meeting

October 18, 2010

The meeting on October 18th was attended by 15 residents and 5 candidates. Judy Travis, Bob Weiner, Scott Gesty, Bryon Short and Cathy Clothier all spoke and explained their views. There was also an informative question and answer period. Bob Weiner reminded us of some county code violations, such as high grass, accessory storage on the grass, parking on the grass, accumulation of rubbish, and overgrown trees and shrubs can be handled by contacting the county.

For security it would help if everyone left on an outdoor light all night.

The Treasury report showed that 150 households had paid dues for last year. The snow plowing was the biggest expense last year.

Residents appreciate the dog owners that clean up after their pets, but not everyone is being responsible for their pet’s messes.
